High-Strength Cylinder Head Crash Bars – Protection meets design

These crash bars combine uncompromising protection with distinctive design. The extremely rugged construction creates a secure protective cage around the cylinder heads / valve covers, offering significantly more safety than standard solutions while remaining slim and close to the bike.

Manufactured from 25 x 2 mm stainless steel tubing and finished with red or matte black powder coating, the bars provide maximum durability and long-lasting surface quality. Special laser markings highlight the technical character and premium appearance.

Added Tech-Plates to further increase stability and provide mounting points for luggage or tie-down straps during transport.

Tech-Plates for Touratech Engine Crash Bars – Function meets design

The Tech-Plates are the ideal upgrade for the Touratech engine crash bars on the BMW R12G/S. They combine increased structural strength with practical mounting options and expand the functionality of the crash bar system.

The lower plate, made from 4 mm stainless steel, features wide strap eyelets and allows fast and secure tie-down of the motorcycle – for example during trailer transport. The upper plate, made from 4 mm black anodised aluminium, provides multiple wide openings for attaching luggage or additional equipment.

Both plates are precisely matched to the geometry of the BMW R12G/S crash bars, making installation quick and simple. At the same time, they significantly increase the overall stiffness of the crash bar system.
